Legal information

Cookie policy

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party content that carries cookies is only loaded if you expressly authorise it.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Catalan version prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device when you browse it, allowing information about your visit to be remembered. The applicable rules — article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE — also cover other forms of storage on the device, such as localStorage.

2. Our own cookies

This website installs no cookies of its own. We use no Google Analytics, no social network pixels and no other measurement or advertising tool.

The only information we store in your browser is your decision about external content:

  • Name s46-consent-extern
  • Type localStorage (not a cookie, and never sent to the server)
  • Purpose To remember whether you accepted or declined loading the map and the calendar
  • Duration Until you delete it or clear your browser data

This storage is exempt from the consent requirement because it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested: remembering your own choice so we do not have to ask you again on every page.

3. Third-party cookies

The home page can show two pieces of content served by Google Ireland Ltd. Neither is loaded until you give your consent: until you do, you will see a notice with a button to load them instead.

  • Google Maps — the map showing where the studio is, in the contact section.
  • Google Calendar — the studio availability calendar, in the booking section.

If you accept them, Google may install cookies on your device and receive your IP address, and may link that information to your account if you are signed in. Studio46 has no access to that data and does not control how it is processed. You can read the details in Google's information on cookies and in its privacy policy.

Third-party content without cookies

The showreel video on the home page plays from the JW Player delivery network. When it loads, their server receives the visitor's IP address, but it installs no cookies and no identifier on the device, so it requires no prior consent on that basis. We explain it in the privacy policy all the same.

The links to YouTube and 3Cat videos in the selected work section open the relevant platform in a new tab. No player is embedded, so those platforms receive no data about you until you click through to them.

4. How to change or withdraw consent

You can change your decision at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of the home page. When you withdraw consent, the map and the calendar stop loading immediately.

Note that withdrawing consent does not delete cookies Google may already have installed. To remove those, use your browser:

5. Updates

We may amend this policy if the third-party services we use or the applicable rules change. We recommend checking it from time to time.
